That is a beauty J.O. and a hard to find one. If I remember right they were made after WW1 with leftover parts from the sailors knife production, they replaced the file blade with a pen for the civilian market, great knife.

Is the bail original to the knife?
In the pictures it looks like the pin was partially drilled through.
