I got this salesman's book over the summer. Kind of beat up but it has some interesting advice on how to sell Hammer brand knives, and small pictures of the various displays among other info.

It's the second version of the knife, the first had a large non-removable shackle.

Very nice , hard to find in decent condition .
Years ago I had one etched Buffalo Bill on the master blade .
Look real close and see if you have any reminisce of that etch .

I will also make it to Lakeland again this year and have a couple of tables, it things remain the same.
