Thanks Dave, I call it a folding dirk but I’m not sure of the correct terminology? I have four of them just because they are old and that is what I collect, older knives.

3 1/4'' Senator made by Robert Lee's Sons Germany. Goins states 1893-1913, can't recall ever seeing another.
