I've posted this one before with an ebony group but I'd like to add it here. Absolutely one of my favorites in style and in my collection.
T. HESSENBRUCH & Co., Germany. 4". iron liners. ebony. Reverse of tangs stamped with a standing bear profile holding a walking stick. J.O'.

Yours and mine appear related. These usually have rat tail bolsters. Nice knife J.O.'
