Another knife by the old Southington Cut. Co. 1867 - 1905
3 1/2", 1/2 stops X 2
After all these years a strong old knife. The slightest wobble on the main only.
Thanks for looking.

The good luck of Southington figured into the glorious comeback victory by my Yellowjackets this afternoon, so what better than to bump this thread in celebration!

The "old gold" in my navy & old gold combo is a well-used brass-handled Southington jack:

Given my affinity to Connecticut made knives that MOP Southington is a treasure, thanks for sharing it Joe.

Joe, is that from Southington Connecticut? It just hit me why I recognize that. I did some work at the Southington YMCA about 15 years ago. Installed some hardware and the membership software of the company I worked for at the time.

Yes, Jerry. Southington, Connecticut. Another good old, long gone, Connecticut cutlery. And there were many.
