I love that bit of steel at the bottom of the pen blade well.
That and many other things I love about your fabulous knife.

Great knife Ike! Love the caramel honey colored bone handles!!

Here is my Shapleigh DE (Schrade made) pill buster. Actually Schrade calls it a Ballon pattern Jack Knife. See Schrade catalog supplement 1934 page 90.

Is that a return of the spring in the pen blade well? At the cap.

Two DE Congress and the bottom DE is a double end single spring Jack. The peachseed are Schrade Cuts and the dark stag left one is probably Empire.

Early Norvell Shapleigh, notice the diamond etch.Haven't seen another with this etch.
