I suspect a lot of old farms up there hold schrade, ulsters, napanochs and honk falls tucked away in attics etc. I suspect it got lots of use. Since nothing was ever thrown or wasted a broken blade meant you just used the other blades. Regardless it will always hold a special place in my collection since it was off the farm. The farm was long ago sold after being in the family over 100 years. So it's a nice reminder of days gone by...
