I believe they were associated with Camillus.

Looks like I have a Cornwall knife as well, one of the same models as in your photo. Mine is a little rough, but still bad if it is 100 years old.

I thought I'd add another Cornwall to this thread before offering it for auction. This jack is stamped Cornwall Knife Co., N. Y. City. It appears to have never been used, sharpened or carried. It's in as found condition. The rust and oxidation appear to be from improper storage and lack of maintenance over the past one hundred years, rather than off gassing from the composition handles.
