Very impressive Paul. Congrats on bringing that old soldier back to life. You did a fine job of milling out the front cover which can be difficult without the proper machine, and your very intuitive safety invention is simply outstanding. For many years auto knife enthusiasts have complained about the safeties on their knives becoming loose and sloppy, and as a result builders came up with a new design that ensures they stay tight, and now this new system you've created might someday be yet another fix for safety problems. You might want to consider putting a patent onto it. The stag you used is nearly perfectly matched and gives your knife a teriffic appearance. A top-notch effort all round! 8)
