Hi Eric,

Great info. Thanks! Can't wait to see the new stuff you mentioned. ::tu::

I just received a few of the Cannitlers. They are an awesome pattern. I'm hooked. Glad to see Canal Street using D2 on these ::drool::

I've heard they will have some stuff in 440C soon as well ::drool:: ::drool:: That will really break the bank :? ...ah well. A guy has to have plenty of knives around ...right?

I know I'm bringing up an old thread but, I've been in contact with Mr. Joe Hufnagel of Canal Street Cutlery about their future knives. Please see the post titled "Canal Street Cutlery Future Knives" under the General Dicussion forum. I hope things come out as he stated that they might do. BTW, Mr. Hufnagel was very fast in replying to me as well as being a very, very nice man and was truely interested in my opinion. I think in the future, Canal Street Cutlery is going to be a leader in top name brand knives. That is, if things go in the direction Mr. Hufnagel stated that Canal Street wants to go. I can tell you this, I will be a regular customer with Canal Street if it happens.

Wow, what a treat! I must give my humble opinion and state that I have never heard of Canal Street Knives before. I am impressed. I'm really glad I found AAPK! Now I'm more informed than I was yesterday.
