GEC Northfield UN-X-LD Primitive Bone 2007 ...just released

Post by Mint Set Man »

Here are the images of the first 2007 issue.

The Northfield # 73 Scout in Primitive Bone, very aged, is very different from anything I have seen in ages. This bone has a range of colors, very subtle , that are not overpowering. The fresh look of new shin bone is far from this color. The bone here is approximately 60 years old and was uncovered in a field back East somewhere by a small town preparing for a 200 year celebration.

The blades are stamped 2007 , 1 of 350, and are done up in 1095 Carbon steel.

A Certificate of Authenticity Label is attached to the tube with the history of this handle material.

As Ray Stevens would say, " and in addition to that "...... I was informed that 3 dealers will be receiving 10 knives each with 2006 blade stampings as a way of using up the excess 2006 blades...1 of 30 and will be marked as such.

Very nice, huh ???
