I have never heard of that maker. I wonder if it was made for the US market, or perhaps for a European country? If it was for the US, then they did not import many of them, I suppose.

Seems reasonable to assume that if the stamp is in English, e.g."Made in", the knife was made for the American or British market. JMO J.O'.
