That appears to be a very nice and sizable Equal End. ::tu::

I have never seen that stamp.

I have never heard of that maker. I wonder if it was made for the US market, or perhaps for a European country? If it was for the US, then they did not import many of them, I suppose.
That is a shame, as it is a beautiful knife!

Seems reasonable to assume that if the stamp is in English, e.g."Made in", the knife was made for the American or British market. JMO ::shrug:: J.O'.

Yeah Thats a Valid Point your making ! My Conclusion Was the same now that i Looked at a couple others , One Being the Euopean Knives Have A Pair of Crossed Arrows Separating The J R S . . ty ::tu::

Just as an extension here. It always makes me laugh to watch old war movies where the German commanders are in a secret meeting planning high level strategy while speaking to one another in English with heavy German accents. Hollywood!? J.O'.
