Yes, it is a real Case hunting knife, likely made before 1948. The sheath pictured is not the original nor a Case sheath. Knife looks to be in nice condition although the black composite handled ones are not as sought after as the bone, stag, or celluloid handled models. Some of this model will be found marked "Expert" which was Case's model name for them.
