Info on s&d bulldog congress

The description on this knife says its stag but its bone, correct?I have a couple of these s&d knives but they all have a shield.Ive never seen the congress in bone amd dont have a Bulldog book, can someone help me out with some info? Thanks

You are correct, it looks like jigged bone to me also. Don't have any info on the lack of a shield. The etch looks like German script also. nice knife, ::tu:: Terry

I have not seen a Bulldog "Our Best' with bone handles, only with stag handles. I would give it a pass. Wait for a stag example.
