Bear Claw Carving Deer Antler Feather JW? custom knife

Interesting knife. I remember Ithaca/Track knives used a stylized bear paw stamped into their blades.The feather logo I haven't run across before.Nice little user though.The only maker I know of with those initials is Jason Williams of Wyoming Rhode Island but he makes only folders if I recall.

There was discussion and illustration just recently re' a maker of similarly constructed custom knives that had a similar, if not identical , silver or nickel-silver feather inlaid into the handles.

Could have been here or over at BladeForums, as I visit both daily.
