I've tried many different searches and still cannot seem to find any information on these. Would love to get some background info if anybody can help. Thanks in advance!

Re: Older western character pocket knives. Help!
Hi and to AAPK. Sorry, these are not in my field of collecting. Here is an advertising poster from Smoky Mountain Knife Works in 1991.
Kid: "Wish we had time to bury them fellas."
Josey Wales: "To hell with them fellas. Buzzards got to eat, same as worms."

Actually the poster is from the Camillus series of Riders of the Silver Screen series knives. These are moderately priced knives and often sell for $40 - $50 each. It looks to me as if the knives in the op are much lower quality and I think are stamped USA? These sold for $4.99 each or $74.99 for the set of 17 in the 1993 / 94 SMKW catalog. You can find these on ebay for additional info. I'll scan the page from the catalog and add it tomorrow or when I get a chance.

I think these are the same knives that are in the op.
