French Military Electrician Knife

Post by outkast »

What I'm being told is this is a French Military Electricians knife.
No markings other than those on the handle.
I can't seem to find any info or similar looking electrician knives.
Any help would be appreciated Thank You in advance

I have not seen a knife like that before, but it looks to be superior to many Electrician's knives, to me. Those grooves in the handle look perfect for stripping wire - just put wire in a groove, close the blade over it, and twist!
I certainly like the looks of it, and I hope that you can find out more information.

What’s going on with the tang on the file/screwdriver blade?
