Barlow knife Imperial Ireland?

Recently ran across this knife. I thought it was cool. But what is imperial ireland. Same company?

Imperial had a lot of knives made in Ireland. They aren’t worth much but I think they are well made and very usable. I’ve had a few over the years and the Barlows are my favorite. I believe they are shell handled, which is part of the reason they aren’t worth very much. Yes it is the same Imperial company that you see on US made knives.
