Swiss Army knife officier Suisse

Hi,

First topic for me. I bought a Swiss watch from RWS and I got a Swiss Army knife with it, see photo. Is it a special edition of some kind, I can’t find it on the internet.
Has anyone seen this pocketknife before?

I am wanting to say there was a Russian eBay seller a couple of years ago who had these done; but I'm not sure.

Looks a bit like a climber pattern to me. Not sure about the covers, though.
