I haven't bought it yet, but I'm thinking about buying a Damascus steel knife. Such knives look unrealistically cool and stylish. Here you can see examples and description. I wanted to ask if anyone has any experience with such knives? On them, the edge seems to be unkillable, with careful handling it will be enough for years.

As I was going to have the oil changed and the a/c fixed in my wife's car this morning,I spied a couple of yard sales next to each other. Stopped and although they didn't have any pocket knives they did have a few kitchen knives.
These two ceramic blade knives by Yoshi were a whole 50 cents apiece and looked to have never been used so I bought them.Don't know how they will work out but the last ceramic knife I bought I still use for my everyday eating knife and I like it a lot.

I’ve had these old kitchen knives a long time. I have started cleaning them up carefully. Now I have to decide what to do with them. I’m really not much of a kitchen knife guy but some of these are cool.

That’s hilarious. Love this knife holder.

Nice looking knife, chickenman62.

Is that blade designed for carving? I sure like that curved tip. It looks like it would serve that purpose well
and the curved tip could lift slices to a plate.
