First ones I've seen in pearl. I have a couple boxed German cutlery sets but they're all stag handled. Any carving knife or fork come with the poultry shears?

Did a search, didn't even know we had an "In the Kitchen" thread. You learn something new every day!

LF&C or Landers Frary & Clark used the trademark Universal on knives and other household items. Not sure if they made those kitchen shears, but it's a start. Hope this helps.

Triple F, I have also seen shears marked "Universal" Made in Solingen Germany. I'm not sure if these are associated with L.F.&C. but yours look to be made by by them, I would guess in New Britain CT if not otherwise marked. Those are nice looking shears.
