Value on this Vintage Sears Diving Knife

Can anyone give me a close value on this Vintage Sears Diving Knife? I have never even seen one of these, more less know a Value! Thanks! donjr

WIth a few exceptions, most diving knives aren't worth a whole lot, and that particular one is in rather poor condition.

The handle looks like one that was made by a company called,"Sportways" though the blade is a different shape.Probably made for Sears by them. Here is a pic of one.
