Yes sir! Always a use around the place for a hatchet/hammer/nail puller.

The handle is worth more than $2.00.

I am not trying to "One-up-you" Scott, but here is a true story from this weekend trip to the local swap meet ::hmm:: ... I got this ax from a guy at the Flea Market. I asked him if he had any axes and he said "I got one in the truck, but the handle is messed up" I said "Well, can I see it?" He got it out of the truck and handed it to me and I asked, "How Much", He said "Just take it and I'll be rid of it". I said ::uc:: ... ::woot:: OK.. are you sure? Thanks man!!!" ::ds::

I’m surprised he didn’t drive away in the guy’s free truck!

That handle is kind of messed up, the guy probably hadn’t changed his truck oil in a while either.

I thought about it ... ::paranoid:: and ask maybe if he had any tools so I could cut off the old handle and install a better one ::hmm:: ...but sometimes it's better not press your luck
