WW2 U.S. Paratrooper M2 automatics
WW2 U.S. Paratrooper M2 automatics
This group shows different verified U.S. M2 switchblade knives . Top 3 are Presto and the bottom is Schrade Cut .Co. It has been talked about that the Hawkbill was experimental and designed for issue but was not accepted in favor of the clip point blade at the top in this group making it fairly rare . All of these knives except the hawkbill from what i gathered while collecting them have served and are a wonderfull part of American Military automatic cutlery . I like them , hope you all enjoy the post .

I'd really love to have one of those bottom ones. That bone is great!

Thanks for taking a look and your comments guys I posted here instead of the automatic area ....It`s kind of slow over there and some of you don`t visit that side of the forum + these are a bit of U.S.A Military History. All these knives have the lanyard straps with them but they crowded the photo a bit so were left out.
