New Pickup I Needed to Show Off

Post by Paladin »

I had posted this one in the New Pickups section but felt I should show it off a little here also.
I picked up a few items at the local Austin show this past weekend and I couldn't help but share the photos of this one. It is a model 1909 Bolo made by Springfield Armory and it was in the original sheath. Manufactured in 1913, one hundred years old and really nice condition that I'd call excellent to near mint. It still has the original factory edge on it.

Ray, you have every right to be proud of that one. That's a great find.

No shame in that Ray, it's a very fine knife.
