I could be wrong but I don't believe they were used as a military weapon in WW2. It's a folding bowie knife and I would guess about 75 to 80 years old, maybe older. I'm sure you could have paid at least 4 times that much and wouldn't have done badly. I had an unmarked one, probably Pakistan, and paid around $50 or $60 for it and I think I sold it for around $75 years ago. The German ones are worth more. Somewhere I have a german stag one that I believe is worth about $200. Nice find. Dave

Marked Made in Germany, it was definitely not made during WWII.
