Mappin & Webb, Sheffield England. In operation since 1835. "Trustworthy" was one of their stampings. Your knife is classified among the sportsman patterns. Dates to late 1800s - early 1900s as evidenced by the buttonhook blade, used for buttons on clothing popular at that time. Looks like a nice example, despite the broken blade.
Do a search here for "Mappin" to find more of their knives, and "Sportsman" to see more of that pattern. (Go toward the top left of the page 'Quick Links", click on it then scroll down to "Search". Click, then type in the term you're searching for, and click "enter".)

Starting on the bottom and working clockwise your knife appears to have two broken blades, button hook as described above, main knife blade, tin (can) opener, can't see the small tab well enough to tell, the long curved piece is a hoof pick for getting stones and other debris out of the underside of a horse's hoof, can't see the next blade well enough to be certain but probably an awl for making holes in leather, last a screw driver/bottle opener combo blade. The two screws in the scale are for joining the two pieces of a broken leather strap such as a rein or billet on a saddle. Not a permanent repair but enough to get you home.
