Camillus USN Mark 1

Post by Wharnecilff »

This Camillus USN Mark 1 was in my father's various tool boxes and workbenches since I was a kid..don't know where he got it..maybe a flea market purchase back in the 60's. It's definitely had a hard life .my question is should I try to restore it or leave it as is? I'm open to opinions/advice.

I'd restore it. Pretty sure you can you a KaBar handle kit. Like the one I used on the above knife.

Restore it. You know you want to and you'll love it.

Don't have pics, but I restored my stepson's USMC KaBar. When a knife gets to far gone, restoration is it's only salvation.
