That certainly looks like it could do the job!! The job of "persuasion". LOL Can't tell from pics what wood you used for handle?

yes too both. Got the brass from a scrap yard by the pound. Used my antique Dalton 6 inch flat belt lathe. Rockwell wood lathe for the handle. I also made a Maple wood mallet. To get into some of the fine detail work as on my Last Super you need more of a precision strike to the carving tools with the curved sweeps. Thanks.
