Christmas ornaments.
Christmas ornaments.
Here is one of the Christmas Ornaments my Dad made. Notice there is not much detail. He’d crank these out in minutes. He was capable of very lifelike carvings with every minute derail. But these were in a different style more cartoonish. I’d like to see some of your whittled Ornaments.
My Dad would carve my Mom would paint. Then he’d give them away.
MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone!

Very knice eveled! Post pic's of other things your Dad whittled/carved if you would. A very neat and special little ornament. Proud for you that you have them.

That's cool! I don't have any carved ornaments but do have some favorites.
Pocket, fixed, machete, axe, it's all good!

This one is a copy of my TeddyBear I got when I was in the hospital as a kid.

This one makes everyone laugh when they see her feet.
There are more. I’ll post them as I find them.

Amazing, lots of times when someone does fine work like the cross they can't cross over to the fun stuff like the ornaments. But he hit it out of the park. I look forward to seeing more.

Re: Christmas ornaments.
I have made a lot of these turned ornament bird houses. Can be hung on the Christmas tree, but don't have to be put away with the tree. Lots of different woods available for these in this area.

OC, because of you generosity I have one of those and they are wonderful little ornaments. But it stays out year round.
