Hello, knife-collecting friends!
I don’t have a photo, (yet) but I looked one over recently and the 440-C steel blade looked nice, with no signs of heavy edge work.
On the down side, the sheath is long missing.
What say you, the Buck aficionados?
Is this worth more than $20 or $30?
(I’ll try to get some pictures, soon.)

A sheath is easy. If it's in good shape I'd give $20 for it!

I don't think there is much collector value in it but for $20 as a user that's not bad. To find the correct sheath for less than $15 might take a while.
If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.

BladeHQ has the Burgundy 119 sheath on sale right now for $14.95. That's a pretty darn good deal. Normally, $20.00 and up.

Those Buck 119 Specials are great fixed blades. Very durable and they hold a great edge. You can abuse it and it will keep coming back for more.
Pocket, fixed, machete, axe, it's all good!
