Do you know anything about them, like what is the color called, how they were dyed, who dyed and jigged them?
There seems to be a lot of variance in the color of the pieces, is it a mixed lot of different color pieces or they all from the same batch dyed with the same dye?

Also do you know where they were made and if they are cow bone or camel bone?

Sorry to ask so many questions, but I have purchased bone from some suppliers that was not very good quality and turned out to be unusable, so now I ask questions first.

Thanks,
Dale

I don't know what kind of bone they are. don't know who dyed them. I would say that they all where dyed at the same time. but some are lighter and some are darker. ive have used a few sets. the sets I used looked good after they where buffed. the sets I used where dyed all the way threw

They look good. In your picture they seem to have an interesting translucent quality to them. I have not seen that with bone before. are they really that way or is it just a trick of the camera?
