Here are 2 Northwoods with the blade design by Derrick Bohn
Fremont Jack 3 7/8" Sleeveboard jack with elephant ivory
And a 3 1/2" Barehead jack with elephant ivory. I have forgotten name for this Northwoods. It also came as an EO.

I believe the other Northwoods pictured along with the Fremont is a Broadway Jack. It might also be a Michigan jack if the closed length if 3 5/8".
