When did Boker contracted with Primble (Belknap)
How did Boker come about with John Primble HWD & MFG company? Such as a knife # and a Star underneath on the backside of a Primble main blade (tang) and to what quantity as well as a quality?

Re: When did Boker contracted with Primble (Belknap)
Hard to say. Both Boker and Primble knives have a somewhat sketchy history that is hard to date. I would say most of these were manufactured sometime in the early-to-mid 1970s. There is a J.Wiss & Sons website (they were once owners of Boker) that has a few of them pictured and those are the years they seem to showcase for. My guess is Primble sourced with Boker during the Wiss years, up until Boker was bought out by Cooper Tools in the late 70s. http://jwissandsons.com/Boker/John-Primble/
