Show Us Your Camillus Knives!

The Camillus Cutlery Company was one of the oldest knife manufacturers in the United States with roots dating back to 1876. The company manufactured Camillus branded knives and was a prolific contractor for other knife brands up until its last days in 2007 when the company filed for bankruptcy.

It not having a line under Camillus makes it early production. That and the bone handle as they didn't produce a bone handle after that first year.

Skip, I think this is the no line stamp not shown in the reference section. Used only 1946 and maybe 1947 on this model.
Oops you corrected while I was pecking.

Thanks JP. I too was looking forward to Janesville. I've had the opportunity to chat with Ozzie Marie there several times and had the honor of meeting and chatting with Minnesota Dave there one time. There may have been others but I can't remember right off the top of my head.

Maybe this fall. ::pray::

Thanks Jerry, now I have to cleanup my keyboard from all the drool, my mouse is slippery from my sweaty palms, and you made coffee go up on my nose. Hey....how about warning a fella before you show all that awesome beauty at one time. And then you have the unmitigated gall to show the Stag Handle Whitebuffalo58 Frankenknife 72 in closeup along with Elvis. Elizabeth......it's the big one. ::mdm::

All BS aside, those are just freakin awesome. ::tu:: ::tu::
