Show Us Your Camillus Knives!

The Camillus Cutlery Company was one of the oldest knife manufacturers in the United States with roots dating back to 1876. The company manufactured Camillus branded knives and was a prolific contractor for other knife brands up until its last days in 2007 when the company filed for bankruptcy.

Nice one. I love the 717 and carry one often. I have one for carry and one for my stash as well. My YJs keep multiplying...

Thanks, Dan. They're all like yours, the last tang stamp before bankruptcy.

Just recently I acquired this beauty. It's a CAMILLUS 60, 3 blade, 3 1/8" closed, milled liners, "split spring" whittler pocket knife. It didn't need any real cleaning. I took some pictures and here it is.

A beauty indeed. Very nice looking 60, and the first one i've ever seen with the file work done to the springs. A very nice addition.

That's a beauty. It's also the first Camillus with a nail file that I've seen.

I was carrying a Camillus S702 Sailor's Rope Knife with Can Opener today and I thought I would post it with my other S702. I really like the size of the S702, and it comes in handy if I have a can of beans in my truck and I am out in the brush and it is not a pull tap deal....

Oh...I very much like that knife. I also like the idea of packing a can of beans for lunch. Work with a young crowd today and they're all having a Monster drink and a bag of doritos at lunch time.
