What is Your Latest Old Camillus? (pre-1960)

The Camillus Cutlery Company was one of the oldest knife manufacturers in the United States with roots dating back to 1876. The company manufactured Camillus branded knives and was a prolific contractor for other knife brands up until its last days in 2007 when the company filed for bankruptcy.

Morning folks, got this WW2 era Survival knife . Not into fishing knives ,but this one is from Camillus,Marked Made in USA . Wasn’t sure when bidding if it had steel liners , but with bail on pin end and description,went and got it. Very pleased ,looks almost factory fresh,solid ,and the price was great ,so here it is and now for the other 2 .
Take care out there !

I knew Schrade made quite a few (usually found with Yale lock advertising), but not Camillus. Looks neat!

Yep, have a couple Schrades but I never seen one by Camillus.

Kind of surprised with all the hard core Camillus collectors on here nobody else has one? :o ::shrug::

Picked up this 4 line Camillus Timber Scribe . It’s got nice full half stops ,very smooth action. The Scribe end is nice and full . When compared to the NY knife Co. Scribe that I have already ,they are the same size,shape . Was glad to add this one to both my Camillus section and Timber Scribes .
Thanks,take care out there ::tu::

This short line #1 came in the mail today from a member here .
It’s solid,half stop, and better watch your finger when past the half stop !!
Very happy to get this to add to the pile!
