Anyone have "Short-Line Fever"? It's better than Covid-19

The Camillus Cutlery Company was one of the oldest knife manufacturers in the United States with roots dating back to 1876. The company manufactured Camillus branded knives and was a prolific contractor for other knife brands up until its last days in 2007 when the company filed for bankruptcy.

I like it just fine the way it is. You did well with that one, Skip!

Received this short line #9 today. Not a big fan of these but needed one for the short line collection. It’s a big old knife, well built with good snap and half stop . Its been cleaned, the blade and bolster anyway, but not overly buffed . The Blade well is full of polishing compound and lint, plus needs a good flushing and good oil, then it’ll get some Ren Wax and put away with the other shorties.
G dog, here you about missing out on one, the other night I blew the chance on a nice one. Good luck on the hunt ::tu::

Not what I usually think of when I'm thinking of short lines but here is a short line hawk bill with plastic handles.

Yesterday, this pocket knife joined my collection. It's another CAMILLUS 72, 3 blade, swelled center, 3 5/8" closed, short line tang stamp, 1st generation, "whittler" pocket knife. It did not need any cleaning. I took some pictures and here it is.

Here’s a few that have come home here .
#14 bone which is decent shape and a worn #33 . The 14 will stash away as it’s my first bone of that model and stamp . The old 33 will replace one of my bone EO s that I carry and will now put away . The TL 29 and little tipped bolster with bone are a couple of Camillus as well that just picked up .
Have a good one out there , enjoy your weekend.
