The schrade 3 3/8" junior cattle knife.

Schrade Cutlery Company was founded in 1904 by George Schrade, and his brothers Jacob and William Schrade. In 1946 Imperial Knife Associated Companies, (IKAC; an association of Ulster Knife Co and Imperial Knife Co) purchased controlling interest in Schrade Cut Co and changed the name to Schrade Walden Cutlery. In 1973 the name was changed to Schrade Cutlery. In 2004 Schrade closed due to bankruptcy.

This forum is dedicated to the knives that are the legacy of this company. This forum is not the place to discuss the replica knives currently being imported using the Schrade name.

As an atheist, I don't see any gods looking to punish me eternally for liking a knife. ::facepalm:: As an honorable man, I do not steal. No forgiveness desired or required!

Frankly, any belief system that sees the End of The World as a good thing is leading humanity in the wrong direction. I expect folks want to hear about my religious beliefs about as much as I want to hear theirs. That would be zero interest.

I suggest at least 48 hours of self-flagellation to atone for looking at this Cattle Knife. ::tu::

I don’t think I ever posted this one in this thread. A true blue 8563, in pretty nice shape.

That's a great knife, Paul; you know how to pick 'em. The Ulster junior cattle is pretty much the Schrade's evil twin. But I like it, also. This particular example has the clip blade instead of the spear and the spey instead of the pen.
