Everything about this knife is perfect - the bone, the milling and the all nickel look always makes a knife stand out imho. Nice oneKnifeSlinger#81 wrote:Here's my other 861, somebody left it behind in a time machine.

Oh, Paul, you stinker, throwing those meretricious lace panties out at us unsuspecting serfs. Well..... I guess I approve.
Here is what they look like up close, if'n if yer interested in that sort of thing.

Cal you already know what I have (and had) up my sleeve lately, but I know you could really spring some surprises on all of us.
Thanks for the comments guys. I like that wavy redhead 861, a beauty she is.

Re: Post your Slenderino Knives
I ran into this 861 for a bargain price that I just couldn't resist. Minty unsharpened condition with just a couple of tiny specks on the main blade. It's not quite the same as the old bone beauties, but I like it.

Yesterday I added this nice little craftsman slenderino to my collection. Perfect condition and the price was low.

Re: Post your Slenderino Knives
Thank you Cal. It's a dandy little thing.
Here's another slenderino I just got, going back to the big ones. This one has seen some use and will be seeing more, unlike my other 861's.

Re: Post your Slenderino Knives
Here is one that did not make it into the Schrade Walden line-up, but it should have. This example is almost un-used but has some water damage. Still has a little snap, nickel silver liners and blah blah; I am liking it quite a bit.

That is a good one, alright, Paul; I wouldn't be surprised if it found its (notice: no apostrophe) way into your pocket.

Re: Post your Slenderino Knives
It certainly has already, though when it comes to heavy work I'll go with a delrin one. Thanks.tongueriver wrote: ↑Sun Dec 01, 2019 4:41 pm That is a good one, alright, Paul; I wouldn't be surprised if it found its (notice: no apostrophe) way into your pocket.

Here is one a little older, lot of staining but no pitting. One of my favorites.

I like that one Cal, it is most certainly a winner. The spey and punch combo makes them so very svelte.

"Svelte." So far, Meg has not whacked me for looking at a knife.
