Cookie, I am a long time Eye Brand and Carl Schlieper collector and will offer as much info. on your knife as I can. First, I am unfamiliar with the term "Cuspidor" tagged to this knife and would be interested in how you came about that name. The knife itself dates to the late 1990's into the 2,000's and I do not think it is currently produced and cataloged by the U.S. importers of the cutlery. The secondary blade is an electricians blade which would make the knife a utility knife of sorts. I hope some of our members more informed than myself on later production Eye Brand knives can offer some additional insight.

I don't know the name of this knife, but a cuspidor is a spittoon.

Hello Joe. I don't think this knife has anything to do with electricity. You could be exactly right and I first thought that. However, another collector gave me this idea. I was just asking if it was a cuspidor. I don't know if that is the correct word and probably not. Something to trim a cigar's end in order for it to be smoked. Thanks Joe for sharing your information........

I believe the secondary blade is a box knife blade. Made for opening cigar boxes. This could be the relation to cuspidor/spitoon.
If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.
