Check this Knife out!

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

Check this Knife out!

Post by DAWGSCT1 »

This is by far the best looking knife in my small collection. I have struggled to find another one online or anywhere to learn a little more about it. Anyone seen this knife before? Tell me more about the stamps and writing on it if you have. Thanks guys!!

Welcome to AAPK. It is a beautiful knife indeed. It’s a 54 Trapper pattern, wood covers (walnut?, or Curly maple?). Tang stamp looks like from 2018. “Tang stamp” commemorative. Case uses their lasers to create such art work as seen on the handle covers. You didn’t ask any specific questions, so those are general answers. If that’s the original box there’s likely some info on the box label.

Beautiful wood handles and shield!

I sometimes can't decide if I like wood better than stag. The unique
patterns always makes me think my knife is one of a kind.
