Newest Case Pick-Ups

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

Missed this one Tested. What a knife. Absolutely love the patina and the bone color, the hammered pins and the big spear and bare head. Wow what a beauty to behold. In a lot of ways much prettier than a brand new Case.

Agreed! I grew up in S FL & went to college in Daytona (Embry Riddle). Did plenty of practice flights into New Smyrna, LOL. Returned to Florida after about 20 years of living all over the country & darned glad to be here! St. Augustine is a fun town, and nothing (IMO) beats fireworks over the Castillo on 4th of July.

Went to the N FL Gun & Knife show today in Jax. Pickings were slim for vintage knives (first & foremost a gun show) but had a great talk with an awesome gentleman who had a few cases of knives including Case, Schatt & Morgan, Remington, etc. I saw a nice, vintage Case Barlow, but beyond my budget, so nothing this weekend to show everyone under this thread. The hunt continues. :D ::shrug::

I'd move back to FL. (or the SE) in a heart beat if I had the funds. ::nod:: Somewhere between NC - FL - & Sweet Home Alabama! Funny, but one of the things I miss seeing are old trees full of Spanish Moos. They look awesome! ::nod:: ::super_happy::

Cashed in my change bucket from work today and swung by the farm store and saw this one and couldn’t pass it up. I like the corncob jigged bone.

Copperheads are addictive! Of course so are 6235 1/2's. I carried one of those for years, and still love them!
