appaloosa bone barlow

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

Anyone know what years these were made; I have one 1979 but all my books show them only in the 80's; can't find any info on 70's.

A62009 1/2 in CV steel, introduced in 1979, produced through 1980 and into 1981.

In late 1981 it was changed to SS blade steel, so it became the A62009 1/2 SS...this was made into mid 1982 then discontinued.
