Newest Case Pick-Ups

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

Both knives look great. But the Autumn Jigged Bone is stunning.

Thanks TPK and QS. That Trapperlock is so nice I am really tempted to carry and use it. But I just can’t bring myself to use a limited production knife like this. And I tried a Trapperlock for awhile and the clip was just not right. It road funny in my pocket.
This kickstart really jumps right out. The feel and looks of this one are just great.

Hey Fellers, y'all have to forgive me for putting an Eye Brand in the "Newest Case Pick-Ups". I wasn't paying attention completely, apparently. Now if I need an excuse for such actions I'll just say I hadn't quite recovered from our drive through Atlanta yesterday morning, what a mad house!
TPK, it is stamped GEORGIA but the outline around it in no way resembles the state of Georgia boundary. I noticed one on ebay with OHIO stamped on the shield that has a more correct shape. I posted a few more pictures in the "German Eye Collector's Forum".

Hmm, I read that as Keith's wife being the one doing the pick-ups. I was going to ask doglegg how he would know how many men Keith's wife has picked-up...

I have to explain everything!!! Keith's wife picked up a couple of knice knives. And a few years ago she roped her a knice cowboy, Keith. And with both knives and her cowboy she has been cleaning the rust off of and having to keep all of them sharp since she got them. And here in Texas, a pick up is what you drive not what you do. Don't make me have to explain this again!

Back to the topic of CASE pick-ups (and that would be Case knives, not luggage, tractors or nut)...

Here are some colorful Wharncliffe Trappers (5254W) I picked up recently.

GARRYOWEN83, I like your latest Case pick-up. ::tu:: Is it a ten dot? Can't quite make it out. I have a C61050SAB '65-'69 that my wife gave me for Christmas in 1966. It made a trip back to the factory for a hinge pin several years ago.

I just discovered that ~Q~ cut me a SUPER bargain on this '02 Mini-Trapper that was in today's mail. It's not an 07W but I'm lovin' it already. A huge hearty thank you to ~Q~. You da man.

Hi Jerry,

Can you tell me more about that mini Trapper? It looks like pine trees on the side of that green bone? With red in the circle, it makes me wonder if it was a Christmas edition? Either way, it's beautiful! ::tu:: Would love to have one just like it.
I have no idea why I've become so addicted to pocket knives. The more I look at them, the more I like them and the more I wish to have them. I'm turning crazy I guess. ::shrug::
