Newest Case Pick-Ups

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

Well.......It was a Copperhead.....and It has a Wharncliffe blade. I had to get it. A 2021 CASE XX 10249W SS with Chocolate Brown, Red, & Natural Richlite handles. I had never heard of Richlite material, so I had to look it up. It is basically a type of Paper Micarta with Phenolic Resin.

That's a keeper, Smitty! Beautiful. A little trivia, Gibson Guitar Company uses Richlite for the fingerboards on some of their guitars..

Appreciate it Tom. After looking up several sites on Richlite, it seems it is used in many applications.

Hey Chris. Yep, that's Autumn Shadowbone. They had a series of them that seem to be pretty collectable.
I have a few. They also had a Canoe, a Peanut, and a couple others I can't remember from that series..
They were from 2003. Your Coke bottle is a good one to have. Here's a pic of mine.
