Do YOU have a CASE XX knife in YOUR pocket today?????

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

2018 10254 Trapper in Earth Brown G10, and a partially serrated clip blade. I like having serrations on a work knife. I'd purchased the 75 Stockman from this series and the 54 Trapper. I'd given my Granddad the Trapper. I just didn't like the ergonomics of the Stockman, so I traded for the Trapper, which is much better in-hand. These knives are both highly polished, and are actually sharp from the factory. Typically, I have to resharpen every Tru-Sharp knife I get.

Today, I think I will pick up a CV Sodbuster at Tractor Supply. I got a busted one in a lot, and I don't think Case will repair a 1974 Sodbuster with half the backspring gone.

Yes, I do have a Case XX in a belt sheath today. I picked up this Case stag folding hunter at a local gunshow yesterday for a couple of Jacksons. It is in good shape, does not look like it has been used much except for some slight tip damage. Stag even looks good.

I have always thought the same thing. I have a nice Boker 7593 camper/scout style knife with the master blade broken half off. It can easily be determined that it was broken trying to open a paint can. Once the master blade was broken off trying to open the can, the screwdriver blade was next used successfully, although yellow paint was spilled all over the knife.
