The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

Welcome to AAPK. You have a nice start on a collection. ::tu::

Regarding value, in my experience most knives made in the past 40 years or so are worth about what they sold for when new, adjusted for inflation, or slightly less. There are occasional exceptions. Collect what you like, because you like them - very few people make any money from collecting knives.

Welcome!
I'll agree with what Ken said - collect what you like. Very unlikely anybody has been able to retire solely on a knife collection.
Take care and God bless,

Welcome Jerrip, sweet knives. Steve said few are able to retire on a knife collection but they will send you to the poor house. ::dang::
Enjoy them and again very sweet. ::handshake::
