Re: Remington's RH Pattern Fixed Blade Knives
Pushing ahead with a few more fixed blade knives from my Remington collection.
Dimitri, this is my RH51 Remington Boy Scout Knife. The etch is there but has lost most of the black color. This as you see lacks the finger grooves.
The second picture is of my Remington Rh4b
The third is of a second Remington RH65 but this has the Remington Dupont Stainless Steel etch.

Re: Remington's RH Pattern Fixed Blade Knives
Hey Keith...getting closer to finding the knife "tool" F1632 that goes in your box. Here's two examples of the "F" pattern Industrial knives. Look to the left side of the ad and note the Remington Banana and oyster knives F61055, F61077, F103 and F104.
Also I found a Remington clipper/Chicken bone cutter...Very Rare and different, not seen often. I think that all of these "F" patterns are scarce and not seen often. JMHO

Re: Remington's RH Pattern Fixed Blade Knives
Hi David, great little Remington RH4. If I understand your question correctly the answer is yes. This is the only pattern RH4 I know about. The RH4b that I showed previously has the thumb guard. This is the only one that has that "Flanged" styled tang. I'm guessing and not familiar with the word "outers".
Ok, looked it up and added some knowledge to the ol' tool box upstairs.

Re: Remington's RH Pattern Fixed Blade Knives
All the knives match the catalog. I haven't seen a lot but it's the only fix blade case I've seen.
Re: Remington's RH Pattern Fixed Blade Knives
I don't recall ever seeing one like the far right of your display.
Re: Remington's RH Pattern Fixed Blade Knives
I'm pretty it's a RH75. But the display isn't mine "yet"Remumc wrote:I don't recall ever seeing one like the far right of your display.

Re: Remington's RH Pattern Fixed Blade Knives
I sure like lookin at your knives Rocky. Especially like the fishing knife. I saw one on ebay the other day. In about as good of condition as yours, thought it was priced to high. In no time it was gone.

Re: Remington's RH Pattern Fixed Blade Knives
Thanks Keith, got a few more to show. If ya run across an RH 55 let me know it would almost finish my Remington fish knife collection.
Steel, if your talking about the RH28 that is a hard composition of rubber with the Remington UMC logo engraving.

Re: Remington's RH Pattern Fixed Blade Knives
Quick Steel, thinking about your question...if your question is the knife just above the RH4 with the wide "ricasso" then that is the RH4b and the handle material is bone. Sorry trying to be helpful in answering your question.

I picked up a RH22. Looks to be unused. Not a high dollar knife but pretty cool.

Re: Remington's RH Pattern Fixed Blade Knives
Oh, and by the way Keith that fish knife you mentioned,(RH84) probably the same knife. It was priced too high but I was able to talk him down a little...still too high but I wanted it and was willing to settle at his new asking price as a buy it now option to put it in my collection. It is a dandy! Two knives to go to finish out that fish knife collection, the RH55 and a R1630.
Would appreciate any heads up on locating them.
Great looking Rh22 you've snagged!
